Jenn is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition expert based in the Hamptons. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Pepperdine University and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University. Jenn became a dietitian to help people learn to love food, not agonize over it. She helps her clients learn how to nourish their bodies with real wholesome foods, develop a positive relationship with food, and find a balance that works for them. She uses a whole-person, comprehensive health and wellness method that combines principles of nutrition and scientific research with client preferences and needs to create customized and sustainable lifestyle plans. Jenn specializes in weight management, disordered and emotional eating, and general family wellness.
