Where do I  find equipment?

We are big fans of Amazon because it comes super fast so you can get right to work! Feel free to browse your nearest sport store as an alternative.

The TOTAL IN-HOME TRANSFORMATION provides you with:

The weight is completely up to you. We recommend between 10lbs and 20lbs. If you have any injuries or restrictions please reach out to us and we will give you our best recommendation!

We love Perform Better! Durable and great strengths variations. You may end up using all or sticking to one band. Feel free to only buy one size but the programs will call for a "light, medium and heavy". If you have any injuries or restrictions, again we will help you choose!

Within your workouts, you will be asked to stand, jump or create friction on the mat. It is very important to use one that is not too thick or slippery. A mat that grips and stays flush to the floor is best to reduce risks of injury.
