Here's how it goes . . .

Day 1: We come to your office, home, where ever, and explain the program. We will go over all of the what's, why's and answer questions about the material. Afterwards, time for measurements. A crucial part of this process is to track your progress. This keeps you accountable and excited. 

Day 15 :Answer questions, give you a halfway done high 5 and track those measurements.

Day 30: You did it!!! We will discuss our accomplishments, hardships and what we have learned. As well as taking the final measurements.

Throughout this process you will have a team Facebook group to help motivate each other as well as us as accountability coaches for any and every concern. No matter what, you will NOT be doing this alone.

Where do I  find equipment?

We are big fans of Amazon, comes super fast and if you are a prime member, the obvious shipping makes it easy peasy. 

The weight is completely up to you. We recommend between 10lbs and 20lbs. If you have any injuries or restrictions please reach out to us and we will give you our best recommendation!

We love Perform Better! Durable and great strengths variations. You may end up using all or sticking to one band. Feel free to only buy one size but the programs will call for a "light, medium and heavy". If you have any injuries or restrictions, again we will help you choose!

Within your workouts, you will be asked to stand, jump or create friction on the mat. It is very important to use one that is not too thick or slippery. A mat that grips and stays flush to the floor is best to reduce risks of injury.
