Sabrina Manglaviti has been dancing her whole life, pursuing her personal interest of exploring numerous dance style from Ballet, Hip Hop, Samba, Flamenco, Latin, African, and Masala Bhangra.  Her passion for dance and fitness lead her to become a Zumba Instructor in 2010, where she continues to teach adults and children. Sabrina splits her time as an instructor in the U.S. and Brazil. 


As an Aquatic Fitness Professional, certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association, Sabrina's writes for the Aquatic Magazine AKWA.  Two types of classes can be found, one concentrating on posture, alignment and the other on high intensity core interval training, ideal for athletes who are looking for a challenging workout without added stress on joints.   You can find her classes offered at the Hampton’s luxury Resort and Saltwater spa, Gurneys, located in Montauk.  Sabrina is also equipped with teaching stabilization classes on a floating fitness mat, the Aquaphysical for private sessions. 
 

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor from one of the top rated certification programs, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she also has a specialization in Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness and TRX Suspension Training.
 

Among her many qualifications as a knowledgeable, well-rounded trainer, her degree from New York University, life coaching certification and yoga studies in India, have supplied her with the valuable tools responsible for providing a beneficial, fun, fulfilling, mind body experience.
